Junha Shin is a postdoctoral assistant scientist in Dr. Sushmita Roy’s lab at UW-Madison. His research interests include network biology, comparative genomics, multi-omic integration and machine learning. He is working on various projects with Dr. Roy regarding single cell genomics, plant multi-omics studies and cancer genomics. Before joining Dr. Roy's team, Junha completed his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at Yonsei University in South Korea. Having completed his B.S. and the combined M.S. & Ph.D. program in Molecular Biology at Yonsei University, he also has proficiency in experimental biology.
